We understand that somethings may seem timely, however, we need to review requests to make sure they meet the standards of our DCCRs and Chicken Rules. We meet once a month and will need time to review requests.

All Approval Request should be submitted one week prior the the next scheduled meeting.

Sometimes the DCCRs can be confusing and we are working on getting these updated and easily understandable. In the future we will provide example documents on this page of what is and what is not allowed. 

The term 'outbuilding' in the DCCRs equates to the following buildings: a structure that is separate and detached from the main dwelling on a piece of land. An outbuilding may take various forms including barns, garages, or sheds, among others.
