We are the HOA that owns the lakes/common ground the homeowners of The Villas of Spring Lakes have access to utilize in the Spring Lakes Subdivision. We assess The Villas of Spring Lakes annually for maintenance.
It is getting closer to the Annual Meeting of Spring Lakes Subdivision.
The Board of The Villas of Spring Lakes are allowing for absentee voting.
Please email slhoawc.ec@gmail.com or text/leave a voicemail at 636-791-0670 to request an absentee ballot. Please provide your name and address in the email, text, or voicemail. Due to there only being a short amount of time left until the Annual Meeting, we are offering to email a PDF copy of the ballot for those that have printers. You may request a mailed absentee ballot, but we cannot guarantee that you will have enough time to receive the ballot and return the ballot by the April 8th deadline. Please provide your name and property address when requesting an absentee ballot. The name and address provided must match the records provided by The Villas of Spring Lakes management company. ALL ballots must be mailed to Spring Lakes HOA Ballot P.O. Box 598 Wright City, MO 63390 and received by April 8, 2025 in order to be counted at the April 10th Spring Lakes Subdivision Annual Meeting.
You may also vote in-person April 10, 2025, 6:00 pm at the Wil Heiliger Activity Building in Diekroeger Park 13410 Veterans Memorial Parkway Wright City MO , 63390.
Spring Lakes is proposing an increase on The Villas of Spring Lakes. A sample ballot that has more detail can be found below. Please note the sample ballot is not an actual ballot. The actual ballot will have an assigned ballot number assigned to each address.
Spring Lakes Subdivision Ballot Measure to increase annual assessment on The Villas of Spring Lakes portion of maintenance of common facilities located in Spring Lakes Subdivision. Increases the Villas of Spring Lakes portion of annual assessment from $2,000 to $6,150 annually.
A “Yes” vote is in favor of increasing the Villas of Spring Lakes portion of annual assessment from $2,000 to$6,150 annually per the Villas of Spring Lakes DCCRs. That is $150 for 41 Lots.
A “No” vote is a vote against increasing the Villas of Spring Lakes portion of annual assessment from$2,000 to $6,150 annually per the Villas of Spring Lakes DCCRs. That is $150 for 41 Lots.
If failed the annual assessment would remain at $2,000 in total.
