Spring Lakes Subdivision Annual Kids' Fishing Derby June 28th 7am-11am- For more details and rules Click "HERE"
Due to the state of Indian Head Lodge, we are encouraging homeowners to donate to the Indian Head Lodge Road Fund. We will be waiving late fees for one month, until August 1st, on the 2025 Annual Assessment to help those who can’t afford to incur both the donation to the road fund and the annual assessment all at once. We hope this helps to encourage those that have not donated to consider donating. Please note this is still not an HOA issue. We also encourage those who can afford to donate and pay their annual assessment to go ahead and pay their assessment. The summer months are the months that we incur most of our expenses due to the lakes and common ground maintenance. Please contact the Non-HOA Road committee if you wish to donate.
Please note the assessments were voted on at the annual meeting (in-person and absentee ballots). A date was also assigned at the annual meeting for the assessment due date and emailed to the management company the next morning. The following day after the email had been sent, the offer letter from the city government for Indian Head Lodge was unexpectedly delivered to the president of the HOA by an alderman.

The Villas of Spring Lakes homeowners have the same rights as members of the Spring Lakes Subdivision to the common ground and lakes. DO NOT tell them to leave as they pay assessments to Spring Lakes Subdivision for the maintenance of the common facilities.
The HOA has not have a legal right to make any decisions or impose assessments regarding Indian Head Lodge Road per the current DCCRs. Please reach out to the Non-HOA Road Committee regarding questions or comments about Indian Head Lodge.
All monthly meetings will be on the 2nd Tuesday of the month starting in May, unless stated below under Upcoming Events.

The HOA has uploaded a letter regarding Indian Head Lodge. Also, Plat Maps are now available on the website.
Next Meeting: June 10, 2025 6 PM
All HOA meetings starting in May of 2025 are moved to the Second Tuesday of the month at 6 pm. The location is the Wright City Library at 60 Wildcat Dr. Wright City, MO 63390, unless noted here.
Reasons of date changes may include but are not limited to: Library scheduling conflict or we are unable to meet decorum due to the minimum of number of board members required to attend the meeting.
Starting in June, Lake/Common Ground Passes will be required to be on hand while using the lakes and or common ground. 2 passes will be provided to homes current on annual assessments.
We have three wonderful lakes for viewing and fishing. At this time we are requiring residents to be with all guests at our lakes. This may seem like a hassle but this is for liability issues and to help decrease trespassing
Going forward approval request will need to be received at least 1 week prior to the HOA monthly meeting.
We must compare the request with the plot plans on record and with the current DCCRs.
Please note if the approval process may seem lengthy, however, if not done correctly a homeowner may complain and require removal or adjustments
