Lake & Common Ground Rules are in the document below. 

Passes are required. If you have not received your pass and your assessment is current, please contact the Board.

Only one style of pass is issued each year. Every pass includes a unique identifier. No resident—including those in the Villas—should have a pass that differs from the standard annual design.
