April 10, 2025 Annual Meeting 6 pm at Wil Heiliger Activity Building 13410 Veterans Memorial Parkway Wright City MO .

The following are on the ballot:

1)       Vote for three vacant HOA board member seats - board candidates’ bios attached.

2)       Vote on Spring Lakes Subdivision assessment increase to $300 annually.

3)       Vote on The Villas of Spring Lakes Subdivision assessment increase to $150/lot, totaling $6,000 annual assessment.

a.       This is a collective vote amongst both HOAs (Spring Lakes and The Villas homeowners).

b.       This will be a separate ballot and The Villas have elected to allow absentee voting.

Please note only members of Spring Lakes HOA current on their assessments are allowed to vote on 1 & 2.  Only Spring Lakes Subdivision HOA members and the lot owners of The Villas of Spring Lakes are allowed to vote on #3.
