The Villas of Spring Lakes homeowners have the same rights as members of the Spring Lakes Subdivision to the common ground and lakes. DO NOT tell them to leave as they pay assessments to Spring Lakes Subdivision for the maintenance of the common facilities.
There were comments made at the annual meeting about homeowners of Spring Lakes Subdivision running the Villas of Spring Lakes homeowners off the common ground in the past. DO NOT run them off, nor call the police on them. They are not trespassing. Please see the plat maps for the common ground and lakes.
All monthly meetings will be on the 2nd Tuesday of the month starting in May, unless stated below under Upcoming Events.

All HOA meetings starting in May of 2025 are moved to the Second Tuesday of the month at 6 pm. The location is the Wright City Library at 60 Wildcat Dr. Wright City, MO 63390, unless noted here.
Reasons of date changes may include but are not limited to: Library scheduling conflict or we are unable to meet decorum due to the minimum of number of board members required to attend the meeting.
Starting in June, Lake/Common Ground Passes will be required to be on hand while using the lakes and or common ground. 2 passes will be provided to homes current on annual assessments.
We have three wonderful lakes for viewing and fishing. At this time we are requiring residents to be with all guests at our lakes. This may seem like a hassle but this is for liability issues and to help decrease trespassing
Going forward approval request will need to be received at least 1 week prior to the HOA monthly meeting.
We must compare the request with the plot plans on record and with the current DCCRs.
Please note if the approval process may seem lengthy, however, if not done correctly a homeowner may complain and require removal or adjustments
On this website you will find all things pertaining to our community.
